Hearts for Home 28th September ♥

In today’s busy and aggressive society mothers at home are not given much encouragement to be committed to their role in being home.

In my weekly 'Hearts for Home' post I am encouraging myself and others to commit to thinking about what 4-6 things we can do each week to bring our thoughts, prayers and actions to keeping our 'Hearts for Home'.

I am praying that a spirit of gentleness, generosity in thoughts and time along with loveliness and grace would lead us to be all that God wants us to be.

I pray also that each person involved in 'Hearts for Home' would also pray for any others involved as well.

May you be blessed by this initiative. I pray it brings you and your family many blessings.

So each week list 4-6 things you will commit to that will keep your "Hearts for Home'.
Please leave a you name and a link to your blog (if you don't have one just leave your list in the comment box) and perhaps a comment so we can all see and encourage each other.

If you would like, add the 'Hearts for Home' logo to your side bar as a reminder of your goals.
God Bless you this week.

♥ Please leave a link to your Hearts for Home Edition on the Mister Linky at the end of the post, so we can all come and visit.
I would also appreciate you linking back here too.☺ ♥ ♥

I also have decided I need to print out my list so I can constantly refer to it and therefore keep it in my mind. I also need to have it put up where I can see it constantly.

My list for the 28th September is ♥ ♥

1.Have our traditional Michaelmas Celebrations on Wednesday

2. Help people adjust to the new chore routines and 'back into routine' systems. Patience and diligence is the key!

3. Help the girls get a wriggle on with the Spring clothes they are making, so they can have them ready for  the Christus Rex Pilgrimage at the end of October.

4. Keep making good progress with Arwen's cross stitch. I have been giving this a  lot of attention this week.

5. Try to complete all my new prayer routines I have been trying to do, especially now I am a lot more tired.

6.Plan to finish "L week" with the girls this week. We made really good progress on Monday.

Blessings to you and your homes,

Hi Gae, sounds like a profitable week coming up for you. Number 2 is a good one-patience and diligence. I need to work on those all the time :-) I look forward to seeing the clothes your girls are making. Your family life seems like one long celebration!! How beautiful! And what a wonderful witness to the joy we have in Christ! Hope you are all recovering fast now and feeling stronger. Take care of yourself and have a very blessed day dear Gae...Trish

Great job on that cross stitch!
I agree with Trish: there is always joy and celebration in your home...even amidst the ordinary days of family life. Thank you for inspiring us!

Gae, sounds like another fun and busy week in your home. I will be praying for your family as you work to adjust to a new routine which is always hard at first but worthwhile in the end. ~Alana~
