For my dear darling Autumn:
You are growing into such a beautiful young lady.
You have so many gifts and talents.
I see you dreaming of a future far off, like Anne Shirley, yet so much a part of our life here and now.
A lovely girl who always has loved to read a stack of books. Engrossed in the beauty of the written word and the characters within, becoming a part of the story and learning from the characters.
Using the books as a guide to gaining those noble characteristics you read about, and then to use them in your own life.
And yet, you are ready to embrace the world in a new and exciting way as you grow and mature and prepare for your own life outside of our immediate family.
You use those gifts of grace and love and caring to make our world a better place for everyone you know.
We love you so much.
