I am delighted to be able to share with the other wonderful ladies Tea Talk that Ruth Hosts each week.
This is my small edition for the week...
I'm having.... a glass of water in a plastic picnic cup that I bought last week on special. Yea a totally boring beverage and cup.
I'm feeling.... excited about the weekend and Stephen coming home and the plans we have planned together.
On my mind.... craft projects. I am obsessed with these little guys and gals. And the need to work on my other projects.
Thoughts for this week....
This bible verse ~
How great are God's riches! How deep are his wisdom and knowledge!
Who can explain his decisions? Who can understand his ways?
For all things were created by him, and all things exist through him and for him. To God be the glory for ever! Amen
Romans 11- 33, 36
When I think about that verse I automatically think of this Hymn. I have loved this since I was a small girl.
1. To God be the glory, great things he hath done!
So loved he the world that he gave us his Son,
who yielded his life an atonement for sin,
and opened the lifegate that all may go in.
Refrain:
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,
let the earth hear his voice!
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord,
let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father thru Jesus the Son,
and give him the glory, great things he hath done!
2. O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood,
to every believer the promise of God;
the vilest offender who truly believes,
that moment from Jesus a pardon receives.
(Refrain)
3. Great things he hath taught us, great things he hath done,
and great our rejoicing thru Jesus the Son;
but purer, and higher, and greater will be
our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see.
(Refrain)
Thank you for allowing me to have tea with you all.
I pray you each enjoy your own "Tea Talks."

is this fitting music for lent ?
Jamie,(I am unfamiliar with who you are?????) Is it fitting music for Lent?
Well, I think it fits into Lent very well. It talks about the prefect great and only sacrifice for the salvation for all mankind and therefore brings us more into the spirit of Lent and thus prepares us more fully for the glorious celebration of Easter.
And at all times we should marvel at the great and glorious God who loves us beyond all meausre and for all time, in all our circumstances.
Thank you, Gae, for making our tea talk more special with your beautiful post and good choice of music.
May you have a wonderful weekend.
Water is so good though! Loved your verse I needed that today.
Have a blessed day,
Joyce Marie
