Would you like to finish your St Patrick Day celebrations with a nice cup of Irish Coffee or a glass of Home made Irish Cream as you sit down to rest, perhaps even with a favourite book at the end of a great day of celebrations?
If so you will really want to make this really delicious and easy Irish Cream recipe. I made this so many years ago and gave it for Christmas gifts but have not made it since. I do like the fact that it is cheaper than the bought version and frankly I think it is as much if not more delicious than than any store bought version.
So to make this special drink you will need~
1 cup cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high speed for 30 seconds.
Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.
Shake before using.
Will keep for up to 2 months.
So there you go be sure to make your self a cup full of Irish blessings and enjoy!!
Blessings to you and your homes,
