Naturally we will read some of our favourite St Patrick day books.
So our plans today are to do some colouring pictures and paint a flag each and decorate the house with our traditional items.
Paint Irish Flags on each other
Food items are very important so today we will have Corned Beef with cabbagea nd mashed potatoes.
Irish Soda bread is vitally important as well as our Irish Flag food and shamrock shape sandwiches made with gerkins and cucumber.
Cupcakes with spearmint leaf shamrocks
Of course we will have lots of Irish music and watch a couple of favourite Movies like Michael Collins and Darby O'Gill and the Little People.
Pin the Sahmrock on St Patrick game with a prize for the winner.
For more details on how we do these activities they are under my St Patrick Label (including this post at the top. Just scroll down to see the posts before)
May God give you...
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear, a smile,
For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.
Have a most blessed Feast Day to you all.
Blessings to you and your homes,
