Super Quick Chocolate Fudge Cake
I have had this chocolate cake recipe since before Autumn was born when we lived in Muswellbrook. It was given to me by the Parish ladies to make for a fundraising event. Everyone was supposed to make them.
I was instructed to only use white wings cake mix and 'name brand' ingredients.
As I was doing this for the Parish I did do this (even though back then it was a tight budget for us)
However I tend to use the cheaper varieties of the cake mix to make this a more affordable cake and I have never had any complaints and honestly I cannot taste the difference.
Quick Easy Chocolate Fudge Cake~
1 packet of chocolate cake mix
1 packet of chocolate instant pudding mix
1 packet of chocolate drops
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups of milk
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon
Bake at 180 degrees until cake leaves the side of the pan
Serve on it's own or with cream and strawberries.
I usually double this recipe and use a mixture of white and milk chocolate drops.
As you can see above it makes three regular cakes or two large ones.
Blessings,
