Today I made Baby Broth for Arwen. I make a big saucepan full and then put it into small sip lock bags and freeze it for her. This way I can then just get out a bag for her meals.
Into a pot I put:
2 Veal Osso Bucco
2 small sweet potatoes
pumpkin cut up
6 potatoes
2 carrots
2 zucchini
1 850g can of diced tomatoes
some Philadelphia cream cheese
basil
pepper
Then I added water to cover this and just cooked until everything was soft.
I then puree it up and bag it up. This lasts a long time and is very convenient. The finished product prior to pureeing. It tastes quite good for people other than the baby. I have to make sure the other children (excluding a couple) don't eat it before the baby.
