What a blessing to be a Mummy, especially when you think on this poem and all it means.
There can be no greater joy than being that special person to a dear little soul who looks lovingly into your eyes and strokes those tender heartstrings.
Magic Mummy Kisses ~
Each night I tuck you into bed,
I brush my hand across your head,
and in each tiny little fist
I place a magic mommy kiss.
Full of love and hope so bright
To keep you safely through the night,
Mommy kisses in your hand
To guide you off to slumberland.
If you should dream of monsters mean
Or witches with faces masked in green,
Of snakes that squeeze you oh-so-tight
Or darkness with no sign of light.
When nightmares hold you stiff with fear
A part of mommy still is near,
Just open up your hand and blow
One mommy kiss and nightmares go.

How very special to hold our little children so dear. To know that we mean so much to them as well.

Hi Gae,
I love tucking our children into bed each night.
Have a wonderful week,
Blessings,
Jillian
What a beautiful poem. I just read it to one of my 9yo sons, and he said, yes, that's what mommy's kisses do.
Blessings,
Marcia
