In the past I have made this Hot Chocolate recipe as a gift in a jar or big coffee can.
Erin asked me again for the recipe. Due to the fact I have given the Chocolate mix to her in the past I guess that means she likes it.
We have used it as a back up to my "Camp Milo" that the children love or just to have on hand. As I mentioned it is a great present and I have given along with other home made goodies in previous years.
INSTANT COCOA WITH MARSHMALLOWS
8 1/2 cups of milk powder
1 1/2 cups of non-dairy coffee creamer
3 cups of instant chocolate drink mix for milk
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows
METHOD
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Give mix with the recipe.
To make hot cocoa: In a mug, combine 1/2-cup of mix with boiling water. stir.
ENJOY!

Yum... Thanks for sharing this recipe!
My kiddos LOVE hot cocoa!
Thank you :)
Being me, I haven't heard of some of those ingredients so I'll have to search Woolies.
Gae, this sounds delicious - thank you for sharing!
Have a great week,
Blessings,
Jillian
