I have been busy since we started Grain 'n' Sugar free in collecting links to great sites of grain free/sugar free recipe sites. Some of these are complete grain free, some are gluten free and most can be adapted to sugar free.
Below are the notes I have made to myself as I typed them in so really it may contain doubles of some sites and some added bits and pieces for my own information
Ok in my research Gluten free blogs are so different to grain free.
Grain free use almond flour coconut flour that you ahve to add.
Gluten free recipes tend to have rice four and other products and often have a pre packaged mix to start from. Pre packed is easier for people but just dosen't work for grain free, not sure how they taste either., I have heard that they are not as nice.
We are in the process of changing some of what we have done over the past three weeks and I know I still have much to share on this topic but for now here is my list for your own benefit. I hope you may see some old and favourite sites but perhaps some new ones as well.
Oh and if you know a great site or book please give me a heads up in the comments section.
Below are specific sites as well as individual recipes I thought looked interesting.

Arrowroot acts as a thickener in the same way you would cornflour. Use it to thicken sauces. Also add up to ¼ cup to your recipe to soften and lighten the texture if and to increase the effectiveness of the raising agent if you're using one (such as baking powder, yeast or baking soda). Make up to half of your flour mixture with arrowroot or potato flour if you're baking a bread.
Honey Information - I will be substituting honey for Agave nectar
One note - the paler and more transparent the honey, the more neutral the flavor. If you are seeking a sweetener that doesn't impart flavor, avoid heavy, dark colored honeys. If you are looking to flavor the product with a honey taste, use the darker honeys. I don't know how flavorful agave is, but I tend toward the milder honeys for light colored baked goods, and darker honeys for darker, more heavily spiced baked goods.
Frozen chips- Black and Gold - Non-Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil
and Sodium Acid Polyphosphate
Kendra uses coconut sugar in cookies and for cakes and muffins honey ( half the sugar content) but for every cup honey + 1 tsp baking soda
1/4 1/2 tsp stevia + tbs honey

Hi! This is great, a fabulous resource! I thought I would also let you know about my blog
http://glutenfreescdandveggie.blogspot.com/
All the recipes are vegetarian and gluten-free. The majority are grain-free and suitable for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. Most of the recipes are sugar-free, substituting honey instead of sugar (just a couple of recipes use unrefined sugar).
Great post! I am also glad to see that you posted about how Agave Nectar isn't a good natural sweetner. At first, I was thinking you were posting that it was good. Keep up the great work Gae and I will look more into your list and see if I can add anything to it for you.
Rebecca F.
Thanks for the info about the honey ... I've had dark honey in my tea but it never tasted right. Now I see I need light honey!
Oh Gae...thank you for this. As you know, I am Grain free and Starch free, so using any kind of rice, potato or Quinoa is just not possible for me.
Thank you for all those very helpful links.
In His Love,
m.
Dear Maria,
I am glad that you like the links. I actually found a couple more I will add.
We still are using potato as we just can't et by without it, financially. I am still struggling to find exercise time though :)
Blessings
Gae
Dear Kim,
We have been really enjoying clover honey, quite sweet and you don't need much at all. the kids love it in tea, although I have some of them having stevia now as well
Blessings
Gae
Dear Rebecca,
I look forward to anything you could add thank you.
I love honey and have enjoyed using it too. I also don't want to add too many new things that also add to cost either
Blessings
Gae
Gae,
Thank you so much for sharing all these links! I am going to bookmark many of them.
Blessings,
Gina
Thank you for these helpful links, Gae.
You are a blessing!

Gae,
The blogger (karen Joy) at www.onlysometimesclever.com has posted 52 recipes for gluten-free and casein (milk protein) free foods.
Thanks for this expansive list of grain free, gluten free, and sugar free sites. I just want to share a new discovery I made. Have any of you heard of Natvia? That's what I use as a sugar alternative. It's made from Stevia but unlike all other Stevia-made products, it doesn't have a bitter aftertaste. It mixes really well with any recipe. You might want to try it sometime.
This gluten free recipe has got a lot of demand and you have done a good job to post it here !!
