Imagine my amazement when Theresa emailed me, some time ago, to ask if I would share a story for this book. Although I was humbled and yes I admit it, excited by the thought I was certain that our family lived fairly 'hum drum' and ordinary lives and could not think of anything significant to add to such a book. Then I thought of a story that I thought might be interesting for others and yet also shows how much we value family life and the relationships that can be fostered within.
Needless to say I still wasn't sure that it would make the final cut- however I am so humbled again to discover that it DID.
