Moran's Day Surgery

Last Friday Moran had day surgery to remove two of her baby teeth. The reason for this was her inability to be able to have this dome in the dentists chair due to her anxiety issues. I had been hoping that we would have finished all her assessments and have a strategy in play for her Anxiety issues.
As this hadn't happened we went with the option of a general anesthetic for her to have this dental work done.
It didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped as the surgery time was moved up therefore not allowing her time to adjust.
Having said this she was remarkable in her recovery from this surgery and I actually believe her pain threshold to be quite high when it is unaccompanied by 'shock', surprise or anything unexpected.

As she was leaving she was given a certificate for bravery and a tooth fairy voucher.
Of course the tooth fairy has since been and left two $2 coins.

We were so pleased that every thing went well and very grateful for this.
God is good and we were certainly looked after by him.

Blessings,

Yay Moran! I loathe the dentist, maybe if they gave bravery certificates I wouldn't be so scared. :)
