Tasha Tudor Day

Here is a reminder for all you Tasha Tudor Fans.
On the 28th of August the lovely Clarice from Storybook Woods hosts an annual Tasha Tudor Day

We actually don't celebrate on the 28th as it is our dear son's birthday and that always comes first for us, so our post will be a few days late, depending on when we have our celebration.

For a look at what we did last year here is a link to that post.

I am actually thinking we might have a small tea party with miniature invitations delivered by Sparrow Post.
Perhaps some other ideas will come to me.

What are you going to do???

Blessings,

Dear Cathy,
I have owned the cookbook for a while.
I was devestated when water got poured through it, unnoticed and some of the pages stuck together. I have now a very loved looking cookbook.
I hope to see you in the link up
Blessings
Gae

what an enchanting author she is! I checked out your earlier post and also Storybook's post, and some of her links. I love her illustrations. sorry to say I don't belive I have a single one of her books. So, which would you recommend I start with?? a favorite of your family's perhaps? I see you can also buy her furniture, dolls, etc.

I know just a bit about Tasha Tudor and would like to know more! I've heard so many lovely things spoken about her and her life. And I have seen some of her books that I would like to purchase! :)

P.S. I am sending a letter your way tonight or tomorrow. :) Hope you are doing well! *hugs*

As I share that day as my birthday also, I will be thinking on this as anything related to celebrating her life would be a wonderful way to spend my day as well.

Dear Gardenia,
I will just mention a couple of our favourite books.
A is for Annabelle, One is One, Corgiville Fair, The Christmas Cat,( this one is written by her daughter and illustrated by her) Becky's Birthday and Becky's Chritmas and A tale for Easter and Pumpkin Moonshine.
Well that is more than a couple but I love them all.
Blessings

Come on over and sign up to win not only a brand-new cookbook, but also an old-fashioned hand-crank ice cream maker!! Be sure to spread the word to your followers too! Thanks!
