In today’s busy and aggressive society mothers at home are not given much encouragement to be committed to their role in being home.
In my weekly 'Hearts for Home' post I am encouraging myself and others to commit to thinking about what 4-6 things we can do each week to bring our thoughts, prayers and actions to keeping our 'Hearts for Home'.
I am praying that a spirit of gentleness, generosity in thoughts and time along with loveliness and grace would lead us to be all that God wants us to be.
I pray also that each person involved in 'Hearts for Home' would also pray for any others involved as well.
May you be blessed by this initiative. I pray it brings you and your family many blessings.
So each week list 4-6 things you will commit to that will keep your "Hearts for Home'.
Please leave a you name and a link to your blog (if you don't have one just leave your list in the comment box) and perhaps a comment so we can all see and encourage each other.
If you would like, add the 'Hearts for Home' logo to your side bar as a reminder of your goals.
May God Bless you this week.
♥ Please leave a link to your Hearts for Home Edition on the Mister Linky at the end of the post, so we can all come and visit.
I would also appreciate you linking back here too.☺ ♥ ♥

Hello Dear Friends,
It seems we have been attacked by another bout of coughing and runny roses ( colds) again. So I will be back to tending our sick children and husband. This means lots of attention and cuddles, not a bad thing for any of us really.
We are still trying to implement routines again but finding this is being affected by the sickness in the house.
We managed to do some thorough Spring cleaning ( washing curtains, washing bedding including quilts, dust and polish, all the cobwebs and organising and cleaning of the rooms in general) on parts of the house last week. I ma hoping to continue this in the bedroom areas this week if we can.
We have a weekly menu this week as well as some snacks planned and I am hoping this helps us this week especially.
Rely on Our Lord for the strength to achieve all this as well as the humbleness to serve those in need in my home. Really this is the first I need to do for those in my care.
I pray you all have much joy and peace in your hearts and homes this week,

Oh Gae, I am sorry that everyone seems to have come down with a cold...it seems to happen after a trip. :(
I pray that everyone begins to feel better soon.
Maria
So very sorry that you are all ill again...hoping that you get much needed rest and recuperation time:)
It's such a wonderful feeling to "deep clean" things around the home, isn't it? Happy that you are enjoying this blessing at your house this week!
Colds in large families, You are a brave woman.
I pray the lord gives you strength and plenty of rest as you face this week also for health for your family.
It is often hard to settle back into routine after a holiday.
Thank you for encouraging our thoughts around our homes.
Blessings to you
Nell
