Hearts For Home - Saying Goodbye

In today’s busy and aggressive society mothers at home are not given much encouragement to be committed   to their role in being home.

In my weekly 'Hearts for Home' post I am encouraging myself and others to commit to thinking about what 4-6 things we can do each week to bring our thoughts, prayers and actions to keeping our 'Hearts for Home'.

I am praying that a spirit of gentleness, generosity in thoughts and time along with loveliness and grace would lead us to be all that God wants us to be.

I pray also that each person involved in 'Hearts for Home' would also pray for any others involved as well.

May you be blessed by this initiative. I pray it brings you and your family many blessings.

So each week list 4-6 things you will commit to that will keep your "Hearts for Home'.
Please leave a you name and a link to your blog (if you don't have one just leave your list in the comment box)       and perhaps a comment so we can all see and encourage each other.

If you would like, add the 'Hearts for Home' logo to your side bar as a reminder of your goals.
May God Bless you this week.

♥ Please leave a link to your Hearts for Home Edition on the  Linky at the end of the post, so we can all come and visit.
I would also appreciate you linking back here too.☺ ♥ ♥

Saying Goodbye-
Good afternoon dear friends,
Yes this will be my last week for Hosting Hearts for Home!
For how long? I really don't know. Perhaps I will never return and then again perhaps I will.

At this season in my life I am finding that I just am not committing in my heart to the weekly meme.

Yes, my heart is still focused at home and I still hold dear all that I profess at the start of the post each week, but posting specifically  is becoming less focused in my thoughts and so I think it is time to move on.

I also have a feeling that I am supposed to do something different with this and so who know where that will lead. I believe God was calling me in Hearts For Home but now that calling is leading elsewhere.
Where, again I do not know but I am open to the possibilities.

The most regrettable loss over leaving this stage behind is the friends who have contributed and would still be interested in doing so. I will miss peeking into the hearts of your homes each week and for the love, acceptance and encouragement I have found there and yet I am convicted it is time.

I will leave the linky for this post open indefinitely for anyone who may feel they would like to contribute something over time and I will definitely  be wanting to keep up contact with my Hearts for Home sisters.

I would like to thank you so much for being a part of Hearts for Home over the last few years, I have been encouraged and blessed by all who have joined in and made some very dear and treasured friends.

May God continue to bless you in your vocations as home-makers committed to creating a Heart for your Home and all who dwell within.

I have always enjoyed your post Gae, but yet, it is exciting to see where Our Lord will guide you next.

Dear Erin,
I know but even here I got it wrong and posted on the wrong day. Vellvin was horrified about it and so now I am a little unsure myself too

Dearest Gae, I understand the pressure that keeping a weekly linkup can be at times!
You have such a busy life I'm always amazed at what you achieve here on your lovely blog!
I have so enjoyed being part of Hearts for Home :-)
I slackened off towards the end because I couldn't always come up with 4-6 interesting things to list.
I apologise for that!!
Thank you for being such a gracious hostess and godly inspiration to us all, my friend.
May the Lord lovingly reveal the new path He wishes you to walk now!
love, prayers and {{hugs}}..Trish
(ps. I miss you!)

God bless you, dear Gae, and thank you for hosting this meme for as long as you have and for helping us all to better ourselves as wives, mothers, teachers, and women of God...I know that I've been drawn closer to the Lord and to my family because of my participation in this meme...and I pray that where ever God is leading you, you will serve Him with JOY and be BLESSED by it!
I am GLAD GLAD GLAD that you are keeping your blog...and I look forward to visiting, as always.
